Refund policy
Schneiderman's Furniture will accept returns within 7 days on in-stock merchandise that is in new, unused condition for a full merchandise refund. Please note that all shipping charges—including return shipping—are the responsibility of the customer.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Mattresses and box springs
- Mattress protectors and bed pillows
- Lift chairs
- Closeout, Back/Room, or final sale items
Refunds to credit cards are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s) and billing information. Refunds by check will be mailed and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
