Love this couch!

We bought the Charles couch and chair with ottoman in Fall 2020. It looks fantastic and is so comfortable! It has just the right amount of firmness. The cushions are well made and the fabric is durable. The Charles set is still in perfect condition and we are a busy household! We get tons of compliments.

Don’t even waste your money

I ordered the couch and it took 8 months to arrive , and within 3 days there were springs popping out of the bottom. By a month in (barely using) the couch is pretty much done and trashed. It squeaks and pops out more springs every time you sit. Don’t waste your money on this and get something else.
