Warehouse Pickup

We want to make your pickup experience as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines to ensure your order is ready when you arrive.

• If you are picking up an order purchased on the same day, please allow at least 60 minutes from the time of purchase for us to prepare your item(s).
  
• For orders placed on a previous date, please call us at least one day in advance so we can have your item(s) ready upon arrival.
  
• We typically uncarton, inspect, and assemble all wood furniture before pickup.
  
• Some items—such as beds, sofas, loveseats, upholstered chairs, and recliners—will remain in their original factory packaging to protect them during transit.
• Please note that some manufacturers ship items without any cartons.
