Warehouse Pick-Up

If picking up an order purchased on the same day, please allow sixty minutes from the time of purchase to prepare your item(s).

If picking up an order purchased on a previous date, please call one day in advance so we can have your item(s) ready when you arrive.

Typically, we prefer to uncarton, inspect, and assemble all wood items. Some items, such as beds, sofas, loveseats, upholstered chairs, and recliners, will be left in their original factory packaging to protect them during transit. Be aware that some manufacturers ship items without any carton.
