United StatesLove the feel of it. Appropriate size. It is pretty firm but I assume it will improve after we use it longer. The chaise wasn’t as long as I initially thought but it’s still nice!

The sofa is wonderful however the pillows along the back does top hold their shape along the top of the pillow. Does not give a neat look along the top of the pillows. Always looks as though they are sagging.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review the Janet sectional. This is a loose-back sofa so we recommend that the back cushions be regularly flipped front to back, rotated and fluffed to stay even across the back.
